7 Day money back guarantee on all goods returned in  new condition with proof of purchase.

Please review your orders carefully before you place them. 

Once an order has been made, the product is considered sold and cannot be returned to Best Friend Magnetic Products.  

Goods that can be returned are those that are dead on arrival. In situations like this, the consumer has up to seven days to return the goods back to Best Friends Magnetic Products for an exchange for a non-defective product. (note: we will exchange not refund)

If goods are required to be returned to Best Friend Magnetic Products, please contact customer support. 

Refunds
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance, when an item is faulty it will be replaced as per our standard warranty guidelines.
